We operate under a transparent pricing policy, ensuring you never incur hidden costs. All fees and charges are clearly outlined in your service agreement.

Our initial consultation prices start from $200(AUD) depending on complexity of case.

Cost-Reduction Programs

We offer several initiatives to help reduce your professional fees:

  • Financial Hardship Support
    If you're experiencing financial difficulty and your case involves compelling or compassionate circumstances, we may subsidise part of our professional fees.

Standard Terms & Conditions

  1. Service Agreement
    All fees and application costs are detailed in your service agreement, specifying what is covered and what expenses are payable directly by you.
  2. Withdrawal & Refunds
    You may withdraw your instruction at any time. Refunds will be issued for work not performed, once we receive your termination notice.
  3. Client’s Account
    Your funds are held in a client’s account. No payments or deductions will be made without an invoice issued under the service agreement.
  4. Prepayment Requirement
    Work will only commence once funds are received in our client account.
  5. Urgent Applications
    For urgent or out-of-hours applications, a surcharge may apply. This will be negotiated based on your specific circumstances.
  6. No Guarantees
    We cannot guarantee the outcome or processing time of any application. However, we can provide estimates based on experience and information from the Department of Home Affairs.
  7. No Win, No Fee Policy
    We do not operate under a "no win, no fee" arrangement.
  8. Additional Work
    If additional work arises due to client non-disclosure or unforeseen circumstances, extra fees may apply.
  9. Service Scope
    Our services typically conclude upon visa lodgement unless otherwise agreed in the service agreement.
  10. Post-Lodgement Communication
    After your visa is lodged, we will keep you informed with any updates or decisions from the Department of Home Affairs.

Other family visa prices depend on individual circumstances

Prices include:

  • Case-by-case legal research
  • Collecting evidence and documents
  • Preparation of submissions and declarations
  • Drafting the Complete checklist and visa application bundle
  • Apply for a visa

Prices do not include:

  • VAT or GST
  • Visa Fees
  • Bank charges for card payments or wire transfers
  • Preparation or Skills Assessment Fees
  • English test fee
  • Medical and biometric application costs
  • Disbursement
  • Post-filing concerns due to non-disclosure.

Pricing doesn't include complex features such as:

  • Character-related issues
  • Moderate complications
  • Adverse information:
    • Previous Visa Refusal
    • Conditions violated for previous visas
    • History of visa overstaying
    • Illegal status
  • Application for waivers
  • Additional Bridging Visa Application.

  • Adverse information:
