Having lived in several European and Asian countries, he has developed a profound love for people and their stories.

Luu Van Sang is a licensed lawyer and an active member of the Ho Chi Minh Bar Association. He serves as Managing Director of Viet Sang Law Firm, leading the firm’s legal practice and client service operations. Luu has extensive experience across multiple areas of law, with particular strengths in corporate, commercial, compliance, and migration law.
As Associate Partner for Chess Migration in Vietnam, Luu oversees client care for Vietnam and ensures compliance with legal and professional standards. Under his leadership, Viet Sang Law acts as a strategic partner to Chess Migration, enhancing client experience and providing robust legal support for the firm’s operations in Vietnam. Luu and his team support Vietnam‑based clients engaging with Chess Migration and the Australian visa system by managing compliance, legal risk analysis, client communications, administration, and ongoing support. He also reviews and converts Vietnamese documents into formats acceptable under Australian immigration law.
